Preparation.

Put muesli and yogurt or milk as desired in a bowl. Mix them and leave them in the bowl for 5 to 10 minutes. After a few minutes you will notice that the muesli will soften and the chia seeds will have increased in volume. Then add the apple, honey and cinnamon.
