Vanilla or Chocolate Cake

Prepare the ingredients for the dough.

Mix all the ingredients with an egg beater or mixer for 5 minutes to obtain a smooth, creamy, homogeneous mass.

We shape the dough and bake it.

Pour the prepared mixture into the baking dish. Place in the oven at 180 °C for about 18 minutes when divided into small muffins, and 30 minutes if using a large cake pan.
