Maca powder

Maca powder from Teuta.
Maca is a plant grown in the turnip family just like broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage.
It grows mainly in the countries of central Peru at an altitude of over 13,000 meters and has a long history of culinary and medicinal use in Peru.
Maca root is generally dried and consumed mostly in powder form but is also available in capsule or breakfast cereal form.
