Mix all the ingredients until a mass of dough is created, not hard, but slightly liquid. Put some oil in a pan and fill a mold with the created dough. Pour the mixture in the middle of the pan and spread it a little. After it is fried on one side, we turn it on the other side to get color.

They can be accompanied as desired with honey and fruit for sweet pancakes or with vegetables and cheese for salty pancakes.
