Basmati rice cake with fresh salmon
Rice preparation
Boil 400 grams of Basmati rice for about 10 minutes carefully and remove it from the heat as long as it is still tender.
We prepare the ingredients
Add cream cheese, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper to the plate where we put the basmati rice. Cut the avocado, cucumber and mozzarella cheese into small cubes. Cut the smoked salmon into small strips. Combine the sliced salmon with vegetables and mozzarella cheese and marinate with a little salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
Tortino preparation
Place the round shape in the center of the plate where we will serve. Using a spoon, form the first layer prepared with Basmati rice and cream cheese. After making sure that the first layer is even, we create the second layer with the salmon and vegetables. Then we add a last layer with the preparation of Basmati rice and carefully remove the round shape.
We decorate the plate
Place some strips of thinly sliced avocado and salmon on the prepared tortino, as well as some sesame seeds.
