Carrot cake with oatmeal

While the cake is cooling, prepare the cream by combining the ingredients and mixing until the mixture is smooth.

Place the first piece of cake, spread a layer of cream and then add the second layer. Finish with more cream on top and crushed nuts. Enjoy!
