Lentil Salad

Boil the lentils.

Boil the Teuta lentils in plenty of water and once cooked, drain and let them cool.

On a plate, place a handful of arugula, then the beetroot, lentils and, if desired, add nuts, cheese, pomegranate and olives.

Marinate the salad.

Marinate with olive oil, salt and balsamic vinegar.
