Risotto with pear and gorgonzola

We cut the pear.

Cut the pear into small cubes and fry it in butter until it softens slightly.

Preparation.

Add the rice and continue sautéing, gradually adding warm water and salt. When the rice is almost cooked, add the gorgonzola, walnuts, and thyme. Sauté for a few more minutes so that the flavors meld together and serve with a little nutmeg, thyme, and pepper on top.

100g sweet gorgonzola
100g crushed walnuts
50g butter
Fresh thyme
Salt
Pepper
