Buckwheat Soup

We boil the buckwheat seeds in the ratio 1:2 for about 20 minutes. The preparation of the recipe continues by deciding to boil the meat in a pot of water. After cutting the carrot, onion and parsley into small cubes, put them in a pan to fry. We add the preparation created together with the other vegetables to the container where we boiled the meat, buckwheat, and bay leaves.
