Risotto with squid

Preparation.

In a deep frying pan with olive oil, fry a core of garlic, a chopped onion, some basil and finely chopped parsley. Then add 400g of squid cut into circles, salted and soaked in water. After the squids are fried, add 350g of GOLD rice and let it boil for 14 minutes.
