Hummus Cream

Place the chickpeas and ingredients in a blender.

In a high speed blender, place the chickpeas (pre-boiled), olive oil, tahini (sesame seed cream), lemon juice, garlic and salt.

Blend the ingredients until smooth.

Mix these ingredients well until the mixture is homogeneous, adding water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.

Serve the hummus cream with desired garnishes.

We serve the hummus cream on a plate. We put the desired garnishes on top, accompanying it with pita or warm bread, as desired.

1 glass of Teuta Qiqra Qiqra

Qiqra
1 cup tahini
1 clove of garlic
1½ teaspoons of salt
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Tomato, cucumber, 1 red pepper and parsley
