Venere black rice with beetroot sauce

Put the oil in a pan and heat it to medium temperature. Add curcumin, salt, pepper and we mix it by adding rice. After they have obtained the desired color, we pour hot water and let them boil for 45 minutes. Then we cover the pan with a towel while we make the sauce and let it rest (10 minutes). To prepare the sauce, first boil the beetroot and add crushed garlic, pepper, fennel, salt, parsley, chili pepper, 1 spoonful of mixed spices and grind them. Place the rice on a plate and pour some of the prepared sauce on top of it.

For the sauce you need:

  • 4 small beetroots
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dill
  • parsley
  • pepperoni
  • oil
  • mixed spices (1 spoon)
